- The form must be fully completed, including links to your social media profiles and personal information.

Important:
- Minimum rental period – 24 hours.
- Please place your order at least one day in advance (but we always try to accommodate urgent requests if equipment is available).
- A passport or personal ID is required when receiving the equipment.
- Payment options: cash or card.
- Inform us in advance if you need to change the rental period.
- Rental extensions must be confirmed in advance, as the equipment may be booked by another client.
In most cases, a deposit is not required – you simply take the equipment and use it. However, for certain equipment, a cash deposit may be needed, with the amount specified in the rental agreement.

- Payment: The deposit is paid in cash upon receiving the equipment.
- Deposit amount: Specified in the rental agreement.
- Refund: The deposit is returned immediately after the equipment is returned in good condition.

The more rentals you make, the higher your personal discount. We value our regular clients and offer a flexible loyalty system.
3. Long-Term Rentals
For rentals of 7 days or more, the discount is calculated individually, depending on the duration and type of equipment.
- Leave a review on Google or Yandex Картах: – get a 5% permanent discount get a 5% permanent discount.
- Tag us on Instagram @raskat.rent – get a 10% discount on every order if you tag us when placing your rental.
- Discounts can be combined: Review + Instagram tag = up to 15% off one order.

3. Long-Term Rentals
For rentals of 7 days or more, the discount is calculated individually, depending on the duration and type of equipment.
We understand that unexpected situations, including rescheduling, may arise in life. If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please inform us in advance, as early as possible, so that we can prepare for any changes. We kindly request you to do this at least 24 hours before the start of the rental to avoid misunderstandings and inconvenience for both our customers and our company.
Of course, and it's absolutely free. We'll show, explain, and assist you. Please contact our manager to coordinate the time of your visit, as the equipment you are interested in may be reserved for another client. Also, we remind you that you can receive the necessary consultation by phone or through social media.
We ensure that equipment delivery occurs smoothly and safely for all our customers. Therefore, we offer a delivery service within Belgrade for a fixed fee.
One-way delivery: 25 euros
Round-trip delivery: 50 euros
If you require delivery outside Belgrade, we will calculate the cost individually. However, please note that delivery is only available to customers whose applications have been approved by our security service.
It is essential to consider that the delivery location must be provided by the customer, and all conditions for equipment inspection must be met (for example, a power source may be needed to check lighting equipment).
Courier acceptance of the equipment (i.e., returning the equipment) is based on an acceptance report without inspecting the quality of the returned items. The equipment's quality will be verified by a manager upon its return to our company's office.

- We operate strictly under official contracts. The material responsibility for the subrented equipment lies with the Rental service. Clients also sign a contract where the responsibility for the equipment is on the client.
- Before renting, we verify clients based on their passport information and social media to ensure their affiliation with the industry. Large equipment sets are provided with our specialist.
- Equipment is booked only if it is available under the required dates for clients. We handle the storage and delivery of equipment ourselves. The return time depends on the client's return time.
- Settlements with each subrenter are documented in a table. Subrenters can always check how much Rental owes them for the rented equipment.
- Equipment is labeled with barcodes and serial numbers to prevent substitution. The labels are durable and protected against moisture and dust. No residue is left from the stickers' adhesive
In 90% of cases, all equipment is charged, but there are instances when one client returns equipment, and it is immediately rented by the next. To ensure that the equipment is fully charged, please specify this in your request or inform the manager.
